Hi,
since macOS Sierra you cannot select the reverb type nor the compressor style anymore in the control panel. Must be some problem with the controls in the panel it self.
Please fix this.
Also keep in mind that Apple soon will disable 32 bit support. The control panel still runs as 32 bit app.
Please enter the 21th century and update your code.

In addition to my Impact Twin, I have a Saffire Pro 40. If the Pro 40 is powered on after the PC has booted, it immediately makes a FireWire connection and works as expected. However, if the Impact Twin is powered on after the PC, it will not make a FireWire connection unless I reboot the computer. Is this normal?
Given that they both use the TC DICE chips, I figured that they would behave similarly, but they don't. One workaround I've found is to go into device manager and disable the 1394 controller, then re-enable it to get it to link to the Impact Twin.
So, is it possible to link three studiokonnekt 48's together?
I accidentally flashed the DesktopKonnekt6 firmware image onto my StudioKonnekt48. As if feeling like the biggest idiot in the world wasn't enough, now the SK48 is temporarily bricked!
My question: is it possible for me to reflash the correct firmware onto the SK48? I can't even open TC Near control panel while the SK48 is powered on, because it crashes. I was hoping there was a failsafe or debug image on the device which could be booted on for cases like this, but I'm not seeing anything like that. Will the device have to go back to TC for reflashing/replacing the flash chip?

Just wonder how to set the spdif out on this box to normal.
My setup(system) is digital and max level on it is set to a good rumble when receiving 24 bit (none attenuation and 0db in the digital domain) from the BMC-2.
The problem is that the box sends digital clipping when vol pot is set to full.
Any way to calibrate the main vol pot to 0db digital at full?

just recently I purchased an apple mac mini (late 2014 version) and I'm using apple's thunderbolt to firewire adapter to connect the mac mini from one of its thunderbolt ports to my Impact Twin using my already owned firewire cable. I've experienced no issue whatsoever with Impact Twin's operation and mac OX X (initially I used Sierra and then upgraded to highSierra).
Due to certain reasons I switched to Windows via the use of Apple's Bootcamp software.
I've installed Windows 10 (64-bit) and I'm solely booting from the Win OS ever since.
The problem is that sometimes I detect "audible jitter" which is sporadic but all the more frequent as time passes by until the point when sound is not audible at all (even though playback continues from whichever source I'm using, eg youtube or foobar2000).
The trick (and I'm forced to revert to this work-around) I found to overcome this is to switch-off the Impact Twin and then switch it back on. More often than not the "jitter then fade-out" won't re-occur but this is not 100% the case.
Has anyone else experienced such a problem with Win OS via Bootcamp? It's quite frustrating as you can imagine.
What I've noticed though is that when I select "properties -> advanced" for this audio device I cannot set the sampling rate to any other value than the max supported (24 bit, 192 KHz).
When I try lowering it I am faced with an "format not supported by device" prompt from Windows.
I had no problems with using my Impact with my old Win 10 (64 bit) laptop equipped with a firewire express-card by.
