Win10 Creator's Update (v1703) and Konnekt

Hi.  Anybody here struggling with their Konnekt device not working with Win10 and the Creator's Update (v1703)?

I have
Konnekt Live
Win10 64 ent
blue light is on
TI based PCIe firewire card
device manager shows the device all good
TC Near loads and I can play with settings
(everything looks set correctly as it always has)

BUT
if I try to play sound via Windows Sound Control panel (or anywhere), or using ASIO via Ableton Live, I don't get any sound and the TC Near meters don't move

Any guidance?
