can I connect konnekt 8 and konnekt 6 in chain or anyway together?

Hi, I have konnekt 8 and I recently I was offered konnekt 6 for a good price, and I thought it would be kind of cool thing to control my monitors with it. Question is can I used both with PC at the same time? Can I chain them with firewire cable as connect 8 has two firewire connections, or I have to connect them seperately to PC firewire slots and will tc control/daw recognize it as one interface with more channels?
