I recently upgraded my computer and the new motherboard (Asus Z170-e) had no conventional PCI ports, so I scrapped my old firewire card. I bought a new card Lycom PE-101 in hope that it would work with the Impact Twin.
I have the latest firmware and TC near control panel (win 10) installed. But there is no sound output.
I've tried powering the card with both the power adapter and firewire, running in safe mode, reinstalling drivers, different power options for pci-e in bios, but no luck yet.
TC Near shows "No Lock" and I get spikes in the DPC Tool.
Also when I right-click on TC near in playback devices and try to play a test tone, the green bars representing output just freezes and I have to manually press "stop".
Blue light on front is also solid.
Any help or tips would be much appreciated
