Desktop Konnekt6 and studio monitors

I have a switch on back of my studio monitors it says Input Sensitivity +4dBu or -10dBu.
I have the Desktop Konnekt 6 and want to know which setting to put them on.
I anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated. I looked in the manual and could not tell.
