Desktop Konnekt not detected in win 7 pro

Hi all, new member here : )
Im trying to install my desktop konnekt on a new machine running on Win 7 pro 64 with SP1. After the installation of the latest stable drivers (v3.30) the tc near pannel says: "no device found... looking for devices...". I uninstalled them and tried installing the v3.20, but the same message appears. So i dont know what can i do now.
The Konnekt is plugged to a StarTech PCIe Fireware.
Do you have any hint about what could be going wrong here?
