Konnekt 24D Mac OS Sierra thunderbolt

Hi guys.
I need your advices.
I ve just received Konnekt 24D and i have some probl.
Macbook pro early 15 - Firewire 400-800 - thunderbolt adapter.

1) AI works fine, but everything heats up, my laptop is warm, ai and adapter are warm. AI is connected with power adapter. Is it okey?

2) AU plugins in Logic have some delays. Playing without daw in TC Near Control Panel has no delays at all. What reason could it be? especially fabrik C. *Converted all au plugins with 32 lives/ Logic Pro 10.3.1
